The beach is the only place to be on Long Island for Fourth of July weekend.  It's actually in the bylaws.   Endless BBQs, kids up late, sparklers, red, white and blue and the beach all day everyday.   Here's what the beach on the Fifth of July looked like to us... the perfect end to a perfect weekend and only just the beginning of summer.
